Position Summary
Works with managers and HR representatives to evaluate and document jobs, and ensure employees are classified in correct jobs and grades. Participates as a member of the compensation team. Participates in compensation surveys and analyzes results. Develops and recommends compensation procedures. Assists in the administration of salary adjustments. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Essential Functions
Lead the global compensation survey submission process and implement data analysis techniques to assess survey results, determine market trends, and assess geographic or industry-specific variables
Serve as the lead data analytics representative to produce interactive visualizations to assist in making smarter and real-time compensation and human resources decisions
Analyze and make recommendations to balance internal pay-equity and external market competitiveness
Assist with the benchmarking of jobs against survey data and other market intelligence resources to update the compensation structures for each position on an annual basis
Assess and maintain proper job slotting and classifications against organization's global job hierarchy and local regulations
Helps administer the global annual compensation programs, such as the annual salary adjustment and promotion program, short-term incentive plan, and the long-term incentive plan.
Works with Accounting and Finance to manage up-to-date annual short term incentive plan tracking to enable accurate quarterly accruals.
Ensure the alignment and integrity of the compensation data in the HRIS and related systems through routine data audits
Communicate regularly and provide guidance to the global HR Business Partners on all compensation matters
Communicate analytical recommendations via reports and presentations
Additional Details
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
Approximately two years of compensation experience in a global Human Resources organization
Experience designing, developing, and deploying analytics dashboards using Power BI, or related software
Intermediate functionality of Excel spreadsheets (i.e. vlookups, pivot tables, charts, etc.) working with large data sets in addition to proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Experience Requirements
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or related field.
2 years Compensation experience.
Advanced functionality of Excel spreadsheets (i.e. macros, index/match functions, calculated pivot table fields, power pivots, etc.)
Knowledge of basic compensation techniques and programs.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced PC skills.
Must be team oriented.
