Job Description:

EHC is currently looking for an Accounting Specialist for a client located in Conroe, TX.The candidate must be able to work unsupervised, meet deadlines and perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties.Qualifications:A diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or General Business is preferred but not required.Responsibilities:Follow guidelines and requirements of the company safety manual and employee handbookAccounts Receivable/Accounts PayableExperience with System softwareInvoicing/Vendor Postings/ Inventory controlReconcile accounts (as needed)Post and maintain journal entries (Daily)Month-End and Annual Reports including gross revenue, expenditures, and net profits.Year End Preparation duties may include but are not limited to tax preparation, year-end inventory.Quick Books and Microsoft Office Skills/ Point of Rental (POR) Statements for each receivable, record expenditures (Daily).Various tasks as required
