We are currently expanding our accounting team and hiring two General Ledger Accountants : 1 Senior GL Accountant 1 Junior / Staff GL Accountant This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-visibility finance environment with real upside and career runway. The Opportunity As a GL Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financials, supporting leadership decision-making, and helping scale a complex, multi-entity operation. This is not a “back-office only” role—you will be part of a team building institutional-grade financial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities (Both Roles) Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Support audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements Work cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of financial processes Senior GL Accountant – Additional Responsibilities Lead complex account reconciliations and variance analysis Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship Support multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting Help refine accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Partner with leadership on financial insights and reporting improvements Junior / Staff GL Accountant – Additional Responsibilities Assist with reconciliations, AP/AR support, and routine close tasks Learn and grow within a structured accounting environment Support senior accountants and accounting leadership Develop strong fundamentals in multi-location, multi-entity accounting What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance General ledger experience (level dependent on role) Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-expectation environment NetSuite experience is a strong plus Automotive, multi-location, or private-equity-backed experience is a plus (not required) Why Join Us High-growth platform company with PE trajectory Work alongside elite operators and executive leadership Strong culture built on accountability, excellence, and Auto Hospitality Real career acceleration—not a dead-end accounting role Be part of building something that matters Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) Paid time off and holidays Long-term career growth and leadership exposure If you’re an accountant who wants more than routine close cycles—and you’re ready to help build a best-in-class finance organization inside Houston Boston Partnership —we want to hear from you.
