Growing Medical Practice is looking for a friendly, dedicated, and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team! We have locations in Spring, Texas and Conroe, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients
• Answer phone calls
• Manage paperwork via Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Must have professional demeanor
• Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy
• Oversee the appointment scheduling process from phone or electronic requests, appointments and check out procedures
• Insurance verifications
• Financial duties and responsibilities
• Facility cleaning responsibilitiesRequired Skills:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
  • Team Player
  • Accurate, Dependable, Friendly, Polite, Professional poise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be multi-task oriented and able manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Experience with Insurance verifications
  • EMR - eClinical Works experience preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
  • Knowledge of general office equipment including: fax machine, copier, scanner, multi-line telephone, calculator, and personal computer
