The Marketing Coordinator is a strategic hire who will support the owners execute their marketing plan. The qualified person will be talented multi-tasker with great communication and organization skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience providing administrative and creative support in some capacity. Administrative Duties & Responsibilities Take BEAUTIFUL notes Conduct AMAZING Interviews Write HELPFUL documentation Create, gather, order, label, archive, recall, & publish all the media we need to support channels and campaigns. (photos, audio, video, graphics, documents) Be the organizing influence (organize the dates, times, people, places, movements, collaborations, etc.) Executive Administrative Support (answering phones, sorting mail, writing correspondence, running errands, making phone calls, submitting orders, buying gifts, making travel arrangement, etc.) Creative Duties & Responsibilities Enforce Our Brand Standard Design Sales and Marketing Materials Produce Our Company Websites Complete Assigned Creative Assignments (Print / Digital) Skills and Experience Brand Design Copywriting Print Design Graphics Design Photography Videography Social Media WordPress SEO, SEO, SEO, and more SEO--- Things That Spark Your Interest Local Search Local Media Local News Local Television Local Business Qualities That Stand Out Bright, Smart, and Funny Super organized (calendars, checklists, and task management) Great Communicator Brings the energy Inspires creativity Problem Solver Resourceful Go-Getter Willing to try new things Thrives under pressure Always professional, kind, courteous Gets everyone moving with purpose Knows how to push, push, push until all the tasks get done.
