Job Description Job Description Make Ready / Punch Tech – Spring Pay: $17–$19/hr Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8AM–5/6PM Step into a fast-paced role where your skills make an immediate impact. BGSF is partnering with top Property Management companies in SE Houston to bring on an experienced Make Ready/Punch Tech who knows how to get units move-in ready with speed and quality. What You’ll Do: Complete make-ready turns efficiently and thoroughly Handle basic repairs: drywall patches, paint touch-ups, fixture replacements Ensure appliances, doors, locks, and hardware are fully functional Assist with minor electrical and plumbing tasks (as allowed) Maintain clean, organized work areas and provide excellent service Support the maintenance team with additional projects as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous make-ready or punch experience strongly preferred Someone ready to work on a team full time (THIS WILL NOT BE A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT) Solid repair/maintenance skill set Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. and handle physical tasks Why Work With BGSF: Weekly pay Medical, dental, and more Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities Access to top communities throughout SE Houston Ready to start your next opportunity?
