We're seeking an Estimator II to join a dynamic team and provide comprehensive estimating support across multiple regions. This role is critical in developing accurate, competitive bids for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. Review plans and specifications to fully understand project scope. Develop construction plans and preliminary schedules to support estimates. Perform accurate quantity take-offs and resource planning. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve design, rate, and scheduling challenges during bid preparation. Present and reconcile estimates with internal stakeholders and clients. Stay current on industry trends and best practices. Attend project meetings and site visits as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years in estimating). Proven experience with complex construction projects. Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with P6, CAD, and AGTEK. Strong attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines, including occasional extended hours. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
