Installers: · Install and assemble gas pipes in medical facilities
· Familiar with medical gas and vacuum systems. · Follow all laws,
codes, rulings, and regulations to ensure the facility follows
federal standards · Test existing systems that deliver oxygen,
carbon dioxide, and nitrogen during surgery. · Ensure clean air
throughout the facility, providing power to surgical equipment, and
managing all pipe fitting procedures. Job Requirements for
Plumber/Med Gas Installer: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in
plumbing installation or mechanical systems · Must have completed a
specialty training course that equips you with the necessary skills
to install ASSE Standard 1060 equipment and take a course in
brazing · Know protocols outlined in the National Fire Protection
Association 99 manual Additional Requirements for Plumber/Med Gas
Installers: Med gas Plumber Endorsement. · Must have reliable
