Job Description Job Description We are seeking a certified HVAC technician to oversee maintenance operations at our 250-unit apartment community and a sister property of 76 units. This role is responsible for handling HVAC service requests, managing daily maintenance operations, and supervising a small on-site team. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Complete service tickets in a timely and professional manner Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff: 1 Make-Ready Technician 1 Groundskeeper/Porter 1 Janitorial Staff Member Ensure unit turns are completed on schedule Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Enforce safety standards and property policies Close work orders Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable) Requirements: HVAC Certification required (EPA required) Proven experience in apartment maintenance (preferred) Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills Must supply own tools Valid driver’s license Ability to manage workload and supervise team effectively Rotate on Calls What We Offer: Competitive pay Optional on-site housing Medical insurance Dental insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Leave Stable, year-round employment Growth opportunities Also be familiar: Computer/apps MIQ Yardi Compensation details: 20-30 Hourly Wage PI6b246837ef7e-25405-39985644
