own-root roses. Based in Independence, Texas, our giftshop, nursery
and display gardens, and e-commerce division serve customers
nationwide with high-quality roses, plants, and gardening products.
We are passionate about preserving the beauty of heirloom roses
while creating an inspiring customer experience both in-person and
online. Our e-commerce team plays a vital role in delivering plants
safely and accurately, ensuring every customer receives the same
care and attention as if they visited our gardens. Job Summary The
E-Commerce Customer Service & Fulfillment Coordinator is
responsible for managing the customer experience and order flow
from purchase through shipment. This role acts as a key link
between customers, e-commerce systems, and the fulfillment team,
ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and timely execution. Roles
and Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for
e-commerce customers via phone, email, and online support channels.
Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customer
inquiries regarding orders, products, shipping, and policies.
Resolve customer concerns independently and escalate complex issues
appropriately. Process, review, and manage e-commerce orders
through the companys order management and e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate closely with fulfillment staff to ensure order accuracy,
priority handling, and on-time shipment. Learn and operate all
relevant software systems, including e-commerce platforms and order
management systems. Prepare, manage, and maintain required
agricultural, shipping, and plant health permits associated with
e-commerce fulfillment. Track and report key e-commerce customer
service and fulfillment metrics. Review, coordinate, and manage
day-to-day relationships with shipping carriers. Work closely with
the Operations Manager, fulfillment team, product management, and
technology partners. Qualifications 35 years of experience in
e-commerce customer service, order management, or fulfillment
coordination. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn new
software systems quickly and work confidently across multiple
platforms. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
preferred. Familiarity with ERP or inventory/order management
