Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a
positive, energetic, and dedicated Recreational Gymnastics Coach
who is passionate about working with young children ages 4 and up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports
coaching and physical education. This individual will lead
structured gymnastics classes that help build strength,
coordination, and confidence in a safe and fun environment. (NO
EXPERIENCE NEEDED- WILL TRAIN QUALIFIED CANDIDATES) Duties Instruct
recreational gymnastics classes for beginner to intermediate
levels. Lead warm-ups and activities that develop strength,
balance, and coordination. Demonstrate and spot basic gymnastics
skills. Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages
student participation and growth. Monitor student progress and
provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Provide
positive reinforcement and manage class behavior in age-appropriate
ways. Communicate effectively with parents about student progress
and class structure. Set up and clean up equipment before and after
class. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment. Help
with seasonal events and performances. Collaborate with the
coaching team and management to enhance program. Requirements:
Qualifications Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or related
physical activity. Experience working with students of various age
groups, particularly children. Strong communication and classroom
management skills. Must be able to lift equipment and spot students
safely. Must be energetic, patient, and engaging with young
children. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain). A
passion for promoting health and fitness through sports activities.
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
