a recognized industry leader in designing and fabricating
high-specification equipment, is currently seeking a Project
Scheduler to join our team. The Project Scheduler reports to the
Director of Projects and is responsible for providing detailed
project schedules which support the entire project cycle from
development to operations and coordinates the flow of work between
departments by following a production schedule This position will
support day-to-day Projects and Productions demands and select
projects. What Does a Week in the Life of the Project Scheduler
Look Like? Maintain a master schedule for assigned projects. Create
and modify the schedule, detailing each sequence of work that
should be done at a particular time. Record the effects of work
being performed on time and not performed on time. Evaluate the
progress of projects and prepare regular updates. Coordinate with
management, operations and contractors to discuss progress and find
solutions to scheduling issues. Provide input in developing work
schedules as part of estimating cost of projects, illustrating
project timelines and milestones. Coordinate and consult with
relevant project team members to ensure the completion of proper
planning before a project is started. Assist project managers in
generating schedules for immediate implementation, as well as
monitor the same schedule’s impact on the master schedule.
Understand and follow safety policies and procedures. Skills (to
Pay the Bills) Here's a list of qualifications that the Project
Scheduler at Spitzer should have… Business related college degree
or equivalent five years of experience in similar or related
position. In depth knowledge of scheduling systems as well as the
principles and practices involved. Excellent interpersonal skills
as well as verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with

certifications, and experience. Work Schedule The Project Engineer
will work Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM. Spitzer currently runs two
shifts, Monday through Friday with overtime on weekend work as
needed. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as
needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
