You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant
equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute
timely repairs to minimize downtime Safely operate tools and
equipment to complete maintenance tasks Collaborate with plant team
to support production goals and equipment reliability Maintain
accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections What Are
We Looking For Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical
systems and components Strong commitment to safety and adherence to
maintenance protocols Ability to read and interpret technical
manuals, schematics, and diagrams Effective communication and
teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to
emergency maintenance needs Conditions of Employment Successful
candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical
examination, drug screen, and background check Some positions
require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work
Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the
conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather,
heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer
