Job Description Job Description Purpose of the position Foxconn
Technology Group, a globally leading electronics manufacturing
company, is seeking a product engineer to lead the optimization of
product production processes, drive defect resolution in
high-volume, high-quality production, and ensure large-scale
product reliability. After joining the team, you will have the
opportunity to use stencil, Profile, SPI/AOI, 5W1H for root cause
analysis of production anomalies, while monitoring production
metrics to identify deviations and coordinate cross-functional
solutions. Assist in customer agreement validation, document
compliance results, and ensure results meet performance
specifications. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Led root cause
investigations and customer complaint resolution 2. Led engineer to
trained operators to standardize processes. 3. Led designed and
applied Stencil plan and effect tracking 4. Led FA report
preparation and report consolidation 5. Summarize and refine risk
points for proactive improvement 6. Perform other duties and
responsibilities as required or requested Education and work
experience Associate degree or higher academic qualifications
Possess two of the following experiences preferred 1. More than 3
years of process improvement experience 2. Experience in SMT
technology development and new product introduction within the
industry 3. Experience in automation design and development work 4.
Experience in stencil design 5. Manufacturing plant work experience
