Job Summary TIME Manufacturing Company home to iconic brands like Versalift, Ruthmann, and Aspen Aerials is a global leader in manufacturing vehicle-mounted aerial lifts, compact aerials, digger derricks, and hydraulic equipment. Our machines support the critical work of wind power, electric utilities, telecom, tree care, and infrastructure inspection crews every day. We're growing and looking for experienced Service Technicians who bring a strong background in hydraulics, electronic controls, vehicle electrical systems, and aerial lift systems to join our team. Experience in the aerial equipment rental industry or utility bucket truck industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities Inspect, Repair & Maintain Aerial Lift Equipment: Perform in-shop and field based diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, vehicle electrical, and Electronic control sensors and systems on various aerial equipment. Field based on-site service visits at customer locations across the United States and Canada. Ensure Uptime & Safety: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize performance and meet ANSI/OSHA safety standards. Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Communicate clearly with customers, walk them through issues and repairs, and ensure satisfaction after every visit. Report & Document: Maintain clear and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification (ASE, EVT, or hydraulic systems) or vocational training in a related field is a plus. 3 years working with aerial lifts, bucket trucks, hydraulic systems, electronic control systems, or heavy equipment (e.g., utility trucks, forestry equipment, aerial work platforms, or construction machinery) Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Strong diagnostic abilities across hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems Knowledge of aerial lift products is a plus. Comfortable working solo in the field, managing time and service priorities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel. Travel time away from home but may be as high as 75% in a year. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Why TIME Manufacturing?
