This position focuses on operating and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment, performing routine calibrations, and troubleshooting equipment and process issues. Responsibilities • Operate, monitor, calibrate, and set up production equipment to maintain stable operations • Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical, electrical, and software-related repairs • Support engineers with root cause analysis, failure mode documentation, and process improvements • Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, failures, and maintenance actions • Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom standards while supporting production teams Qualifications and Requirements • Vocational Certificate or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in equipment operation or troubleshooting • Experience with automated machinery, sensors, pneumatics, or robotic systems preferred • Familiarity with microscopes, soldering, hand tools, and measurement instruments • Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry); PLC, programming, or CAD experience is a plus Benefits and Perks • Pay rate of $18.00–$24.66 per hour • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid holidays • Training, mentorship, and long-term career development opportunities Your New Organization You will join a technology-driven manufacturing organization focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
