Controls Service Technicians with mid-to-senior-level experience to
join our growing team. Primary Job Function: As a Controls Service
Technician, you'll manage service calls, diagnostics, and repairs
for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls. This role
requires strong DDC expertise and the ability to troubleshoot,
program, and support complex integrations. You'll handle urgent
service needs and support larger projects alongside project
managers, working with platforms like Tridium Niagara, ABB,
Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson FX. Why Work For Us? The Building

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional
overtime and weekend work as required Pay: $35 - $50 per hour ,

Company-provided phone and laptop Required Qualifications: Valid
driver's license & insurable driving record 2 years experience with
HVAC controls system diagnosis, programming, and repair is required
Strong familiarity with ladder-logic style programming (DDC, PLC,
etc.) Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cylon (ABB),
Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls Tridium Niagara and N4
