professional, detailed oriented with strong analytical and
interpersonal skills to perform the role of the Maintenance
Planner/Coordinator who will be responsible for administering the
Maintenance work process to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient
operation of plant equipment. This role will manage work
notifications, plan and schedule maintenance activities, and
oversee spare parts inventory to support continuous plant
operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational
skills, technical knowledge of industrial equipment, and experience
with SAP or similar CMMS systems. Key Responsibilities • Work Order
Management: o Review maintenance notifications in SAP and convert
them into work orders. o Ensure work orders contain accurate scope,
priority, and required resources. • Planning & Scheduling: o
Develop detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, and
safety requirements. o Coordinate with operations and maintenance
teams to schedule work efficiently. o Maintain a rolling forecast
of planned work to optimize resource utilization. • Materials &
Spare Parts Management: o Ensure all required parts and materials
are available prior to job execution. o Set up and maintain MRO
spare parts in SAP, including accurate descriptions and equipment
associations. o Monitor inventory levels and adjust based on
established minimum/maximum thresholds. • Continuous Improvement: o
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend
improvements. o Support reliability initiatives and preventive
maintenance programs. • Compliance & Safety: o Ensure all
maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and
regulatory requirements. Qualifications • Education: o Associate or
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or
related field (preferred). • Experience: o 3 years of experience in
maintenance planning or coordination within a chemical,
petrochemical, or manufacturing environment. o Proficiency in SAP
PM or similar CMMS systems. o Knowledge of mechanical, electrical,
and instrumentation equipment. • Skills: o Strong organizational
and time management skills. o Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities. o Ability to read and interpret technical
drawings and equipment manuals. Additional Information • Work
Environment: Plant-based role with occasional exposure to
industrial hazards; appropriate PPE required. • Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during shutdowns
or emergencies.
