Salary Range : $25-$40 per hour Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical Retirement Here’s what Skillit needs from you: 2 years of survey experience in construction environments Proficiency with survey instruments (e.g., total station, GPS) Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings Strong math, measurement, and spatial skills Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Valid driver’s license Eligibility to work in the U.S. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Performing layout and staking for foundations, utilities, roads, and structures Operating GPS, total stations, and robotic survey equipment Collecting accurate field data and transferring to digital systems Verifying site elevations and alignments per project plans Marking control points and benchmarks on active jobsites Communicating with field superintendents, engineers, and crews Assisting with as-built and topographic surveys Maintaining equipment and ensuring calibration and accuracy Complying with all safety and QA/QC standards on site
