Job Summary:Manage and ensure production of finished goods in time and in full at our Conroe, TX facility, according to sales requirements and customer product specifications complying with our food safety, quality, and safety systems, creating and encouraging a pleasant working environment, and personal development of individuals who share our commitment. Duties/Responsibilities:Manage and lead all activities related to warehouse and production.Oversee maintenance area activities and goals.Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports and KPIs for all the areas reporting to the position.Coordinate and conduct cycle countings at warehouse and production according to the requested and needed frequency.Monitoring and giving support to the production process.Establish and lead area activities aligned to the organization's strategic objectives. Create and/or coordinate and give follow-up to production and shipping programs and plans. Identify opportunities around the areas that report to this position, always seeking continuous improvement.Stablish, monitor, publish and keep areas KPIs.Take care and/or assist (depending on the entity) of any authority or governmental matter (audit, inspection, notification).Oversee safety plan and safety team and all activities that came from this one.Hire and train new employees.Suggest solutions and improve conditions for product safety, quality or safety deviations.Others that came from in place food safety, quality systems, and safety team-specific roles from associated teams Qualifications/Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations.Good problem-solving abilities.Fluency in English is essential. Bilingual preferred.Multitasking and time-management skills.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Experience:3 years of experience in the automated production process.2 years of experience in ERPs.4 years of experience in food process control and procedures.4 years of experience in a supervisory role. Education:Bachelor's degree in Science or similar – Preferred5 Years of Food Management Experience in Lieu of College Degree. Certifications in the field are desirable.
