Responsibilities:
The Director Program Management will lead the service lines for Neuro-Ortho-Stroke and Bariatrics to ensure ongoing growth, achieve quality outcomes, sustain or achieve national recognition for service the lines. -Accountable for assigned Advanced Practice Clinicians, associated campus programs, and assigned service line(s) and/or programs. Will provide leadership and communication to the staff and physicians working within designated areas. This role serves to create models of care that are patient-focused with the goal of enhancing patient outcomes. This individual assures practice adheres to regulatory requirements and processes consistently reflect high-quality standards which support excellence in patient care and a safe environment for patients, employees, physicians, visitors, and guests. Ensure quality standards are implemented and maintained, and processes are updated and revised as appropriate. Must manage fiscal budgets. They must also lead the capital budget planning in their area and manage human resources efficiently. They must monitor metrics to validate performance against national and system benchmarks and ensure that competent clinical practice delivery is consistently achieved.

Qualifications:
RequiredEducation and Licensure:Bachelor's Degree -Minimum Experience:Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the discipline and five (5) years leadership experience. - -Preferred:Clinical Experience
