Position Summary: -Reporting to the Executive Director will have a strategic and operational responsibility for Angel Reach's kinship staff, volunteers, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. -She/he will initially develop deep knowledge of core programs, operations, and business plans. - -Skills and Qualifications- -Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation- -Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget- -Past success working with a Board of Directors with the ability to cultivate existing board member relationships- -Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills- -Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning- -Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people - -Comfortable with both in-person and virtual work environments- -Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed- -Knowledge or experience of the following systems is desirable: --- - - - - - - - -Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Calendar, Gmail --- - - - - - - - -Adobe Acrobat --- - - - - - - - -Squarespace & Wordpress --- - - - - - - - -Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YoutubeEssential Duties and Responsibilities: -Leadership & Management- -Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence, program evaluation, and consistent quality of administration, fundraising, communications, and systems- -Actively engage and energize Angel Reach's team members, volunteers, event committees, alumni, partnering organizations, an funders- -Support a strong Board of Directors; seek and build board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing local operations as well as virtual programs- -Lead, coach, develop, and retain Angel Reach's Kinship Leadership Team, volunteers and interns - -Ensure effective systems to track scaling progress, and regularly evaluate program components, so as to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the Executive Director, funders, and other consultants -Fundraising & Communications- -Expand revenue-generating and fundraising activities to support existing program operations and expansion- -Deepen and refine all aspects of communications - from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand- -Use external presence and relationships to garner new opportunitiesPlanning & New Business- -Design the local expansion and complete the strategic planning process for supporting families and youth.- -Begin to build partnerships in new markets, establishing relationships with the funders, and political and community leaders in strategic locations
