Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the energy industry markets. You must have oil and gas experience and experience within a service company, operating company.

Rubberatkins designs and manufactures elastomer and plastic products using in house developed materials and engineering expertise to supply reliable sealing solutions.

As the business is entering a key growth stage this role will be responsible for day-to-day management of the current sales team, and new business development of existing and new markets. The role will be accountable for delivering financial growth in alignment with company strategy.

Based in Conroe, Texas, reporting to the VP of Sales the position's main responsibilities are developing and implementing the sales strategy for the region, identify new products and technical opportunities, while ensuring the smooth interaction of Sales Team with other departments.

Experience in a Business Development management position in the Oil Field industry required in the US (North/South) markets. A strong understanding of sales forecasting and market analysis is required as well as team working skills. You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and to help develop the business, while at the same time promoting the company image and brand.
