The right candidate should crave freedom to make their own schedule, must enjoy working with children/young adults and strive to provide the absolute best therapeutic services to Texas' medically fragile children!As a Registered Nurse - RN you will take the lead in delivering exceptional clinical care with a personal touch.   • Assess home health patients to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs as evidenced by documentation, clinical record, case conference, team report, and evaluations.
  • Implement/develop/document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  • Supervise and provide clinical directions to the HHA/LVN to ensure quality and continuity of service provided.Qualifications:
    • Accredited Diploma, Associate's, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Degree
    • Current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse
    • Reliable transportation, Current Texas Driver's License and auto liability insurance
    • Current CPR Certification
    • Preferred Experience:
      • One year experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting required.
