We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for our facility to join our Laboratory team. We want you to apply now!What you will do in this role:* You will be responsible for day to day supervision of staff and reporting of test results.* You will be responsible for performing, monitoring and reviewing quality assurance/control on diagnostic testing and for initiating appropriate corrective action on exceptions.* You will monitor all reports for accuracy and appropriate documentation of abnormal/critical values.* You will assist with documenting and evaluating performance of MT's, MLT's, Phlebotomists and Clerical personnel.What qualification you will need:* Bachelor degree in Medical Technology is required.* MT or CLS (ASCP) or equivalent is required.* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).At HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe, superior healthcare meets the comfort and convenience of a comprehensive hospital, close to home, in Conroe, Texas.
