Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator
(CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and
coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the
designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the
management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing
care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as
a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the
organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled
patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall
departmental performance.
What You Will Do In Your Role:* You will ensure and deliver high
quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in
the unit/department during the designated shift.* You will
collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC
directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with
established policies/procedures.* You will serve as a resource
person for staff.* You will model a commitment to the
organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled
patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall
departmental performance.
What qualifications you will need:* Current Registered Nurse
License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
(Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN
License within 90 days of hire-- -- -- -- -- --date).* Graduated
from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor
of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.* 1 year experience in an
acute care hospital setting preferred* Current BCLS certification
from the American Heart Association is requiredThis role requires

/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious
