a current state Registered Nurse License and a valid driver's
license with reliable transportation.1-3 years of previous Home
Health Care/Long Term Care experience, Hospice preferred.Provide
compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and
their loved ones.Evaluate patients' conditions and develop
individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as
