The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsMinimum Required Qualifications:Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employedNot on the DEA Excluded Parties ListImmunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)*Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substancesPreferred Qualifications.EducationBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
