On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's team as a PRN RN for Start of Cares, Re-certifications. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Texas with a minimum of one year of Home Health Care experience preferred. However, we are willing to train individuals without prior home health experience.Job Responsibilities:Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment.Provide skilled care to the patient as per physicians' orders and by instruction to LVNs, Home Health Aides, and other qualified staff.Perform Responsibility for home health Patient Admission, Plan of Care, Recertification, Resumption, and Discharge Oasis.Exercise strong decision-making and judgment skills.Work with an interdisciplinary team in weekly case conferences.Must be able to understand computerized documentation.Requirements & Qualification:Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas.Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate degree in nursing.A minimum of one year of Home Healthcare experience is preferred.CPR certification is required.Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation.Must have critical thinking skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Valid Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.PDN-99172842-7c6c-47dc-b250-2865a3ca6841
