Please apply if you want to build a career here!This position's duties will include the following:Carry clinical and administrative supervisory responsibilities for 1-2 MST teams of 2-4 therapists eachConduct weekly group supervision and training for MST team to assure adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process, and to assure clinician competency in implementation of interventionsConduct individual supervision as needed to target clinician competency needs and to remove individual barriers to effective implementation of MST treatmentAssure availability of clinical and administrative support to clinicians 24 hours/day, 7 days/weekCollaborate with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the provider agencyPromote and educate about MST with both internal and external stakeholdersGenerate and manage case referrals and manage clinician caseloadsCollaborate actively with MST Expert around implementation of MST by the program, and to ensure continued development of own clinical skills and knowledge of relevant researchManage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practicesDeliver MST to a caseload of 1-2 families, as required to address program needsPosition Requirements:Highly skilled Masters-prepared professional with training in behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapies and pragmatic family therapies (i.e., Structural Family Therapy and Strategic Family Therapy).Master's Degree in a behavioral science field;LPC, LCSW, or LMFT;Excellent customer service skills;Applicants must have a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable through Tri-County;Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (payed at a higher salary).You get bonus points if you have experience in the following areas:Significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youthDirect use of pragmatic (i.e., structural, strategic and functional) family therapiesIndividual therapy with adolescents and adults using cognitive behavioral techniquesMarital therapy using behaviorally-based approachesBehavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performanceImplementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth's natural ecology that affect or influence the behavior of youth (i.e., family, peer, school, and neighborhood)Provision of group and individual clinical supervisionLeadership roles including hiring, performance evaluation, and holding supervisees accountable for performanceTraining and collaboration with outside agenciesPayscale:$80,000/yrNOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEESTri-County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all Federal and State laws pertaining to employment. Offenses that are not an absolute bar to employment but may be considered a contraindication will also be considered during the pre-employment process. Tri-County will also complete a driver's license check. All applicants, employees, contractors and volunteers will be checked prior to hire and monthly through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Office of the Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals.
