per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Nurse License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Candidates must have 2
years of Operating Room circulating experience in an acute care
setting. Candidates must possess a varied skill set in General
Surgery, ENT, Urology/Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Robotics.
Description: The Operating Room has 14 total surgical rooms,
including 2 designated for cardiovascular procedures. The nursing
staff consists of 8 registered nurses and 8 surgical technologists.
The day shift typically includes 6 registered nurses and 6 surgical
technologists. The operating room schedule involves running 6 rooms
from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 3 rooms from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and 2
rooms from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with an on-call team available after
7:00 PM. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:1. Electronic medical
records are managed using Meditech OR. Preferred qualifications
include CNOR certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Typical procedures performed include Heavy Robotics, Gynecology,
General Surgery, ENT, Colorectal, Vascular, and Urology. Candidates
should possess a flexible demeanor and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, ever-changing environment. On-call shifts require a
response time of 30 minutes, with self-scheduling available for 1
to 2 shifts per week based on requests for time off. Call shifts
start at the end of the regular shift and continue overnight. Work
attire consists of scrubs provided by the facility, and artificial
nails and similar enhancements are not permitted. Weekend on-call
coverage is required, with 24-hour availability on Saturdays and
