Key Responsibilities: Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures Prepare patients and equipment for vascular imaging and interventions Collaborate closely with cardiologists and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and efficient procedural flow Maintain strict adherence to unit protocols, infection control standards, and equipment care Participate in weekend and after-hours on-call rotations Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certified Radiology Technician credential is required Current BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist in a cath lab setting preferred Proficient with Philips and GE cath lab equipment is advantageous Strong team player with excellent communication skills Schedule and Work Environment: Day shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM On-call availability required on weekends and after hours Scrubs are provided, with adherence to unit dress codes This contract opportunity offers a valuable chance to apply specialized skills in a high-volume cardiovascular lab while enjoying the resources and lifestyle that Spring, TX affords.
