Description Specialization: Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Summary: An established practice is excited to add an OBGYN to their team in Conroe, Texas. x3 OBGYNs x3 Certified Nurse Midwives 15 deliveries/month Approximately 25 patients/day M-F 8a-5p call 1:6 wide variety of cases to include high risk In-house equipment includes colposcopy and 3-D and 4-D ultrasounds Patient- centered and personal experience Collegial atmosphere Physicians in practice love to mentor Incentive/Benefits Package: Guaranteed base salary plus bonuses Employment (501.a) Rich benefit package Paid malpractice CME days/allowance and vacation Relocation allowance Texas has tort reform and No state income taxes About HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe: 342 licensed bed, tertiary, acute care hospital that has been serving the community for more than 80 years Level II Trauma Center Level II NICU (progressively working on becoming a Level III) On-site 24/7 neonatologists/neonate NPs 15 bed Mother/Baby unit with a newborn procedural area 16 bed NICU Level II 6 bed NICU Level III 8 LDR’s, 2 triage beds, 2 L&D ORs and a PACU Expansion of L&D, PPU and ORs a NICU transport team available 24/7 >1,600 deliveries/year (infrastructure to accommodate 2250) Midwifery program In Q1-2025, starting a 24/7 OB Hospitalist program On-site 24/7 anesthesiology x2 da Vinci robots Robust pediatric sub-specialist roster Dedicated transport center with a helicopter The desirable suburb of Conroe sits forty miles north of downtown Houston , the nation's fourth-largest city.
