Your Role and Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, your duties will encompass: Assessing patients with physical, psychosocial, and cognitive challenges to identify how occupational therapy can improve their quality of life. Developing, executing, and reviewing patient care plans in partnership with physicians and the care team to restore or maintain health. Recording the care provided and collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive support. Training and educating caregivers and families to empower them in the care process. Overseeing Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides, ensuring that care meets patient needs.
