Job Summary Responsible for providing and coordinating direct staff education, indirect patient education, orientation training and development of curriculum and individual learning plans and monitoring staff. This position will also support the design, instruction and facilitation of the System RCP Residency program and its new grad participants; including curriculum design and ongoing content development for this clinical discipline across the organization. Job Description Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Care, required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Licenses/Certifications: - Current State of Texas RCP license - Registered Respiratory Therapist - Certified in Basic Life Support - Additional certifications may be required based on discipline requirements Experience / Knowledge / Skills: - Minimum of five (5) years of experience - Five (5) years of critical care experience, preferred - Effective oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating our culture in all internal and external customer interactions; delivers on our brand promise of “Advancing health.
