Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Houston, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,796 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: November 17, 2025 Location: Houston, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Minimum of 4 weekend shifts and 2 Monday/Friday shifts per 4-week schedule; holidays per unit guidelines Highlights: 146-bed high-acuity NICU specializing in women's and newborn care, including Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 capabilities Work with a comprehensive range of cases including infant assessment, IV management, respiratory support, and critical procedures such as LP and central line placement Patient ratios vary by acuity (1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4) to ensure safe, quality care EMR systems: Meditech and CPN State-of-the-art NICU equipment and collaborative nursing team of 376 staff members Floating opportunities to General Nursery and Pediatrics with infant assignments Requirements: Active Texas RN license (or compact state license with ability to obtain Texas licensure) Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS certifications required Strong skills in infant assessment, IV management, and respiratory support management Level 4 NICU experience preferred Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude focused on parent satisfaction and patient safety Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a large, high-acuity NICU environment where you'll care for the most vulnerable patients alongside a highly skilled and supportive team.
