Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join a growing, physician-led
Gastroenterology group in suburban Houston, Texas, where balance,
growth, and opportunity come together. This full-time role offers a
steady schedule, a quick path to a full patient panel, and a clear
partnership track. You'll have access to subspecialty volume, the
flexibility to take call for additional income, and the support of
a collaborative team in one of the most desirable communities in
the Houston area. Practice Overview You'll join a collegial GI team
with 12 physicians and 3 APPs across 6 locations Practice model
includes clinic hours, an endoscopy center, and access to infusion,
pathology, and imaging Outpatient-focused with procedures including
colonoscopy, EGD, banding, dilation, capsule, and FibroScan Call is
optional and compensated; triaged by RNs with light volume Schedule
Balanced week with ~2.5 days clinic and ~2.5 days endoscopy Clinic
volumes average 25 patients/day; endoscopy 14-18 cases/day No
waitlist; same/next-day appointments available during ramp-up ASC
onsite with Olympus scopes, 3 ORs, and full pre/post-op care
Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $450,000 guaranteed for 2
years, plus 40% of collections above $900K Recent hires earned
~$600K in year one; top partners grossed $1.4M Partnership track at
2 years with ancillary ownership (ASC, pathology, infusion) Full
