Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to
support students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a school setting
located in Galveston, TX. This contract position begins ASAP and
extends through the end of the school year, offering a dynamic K-12
caseload that includes support for elementary, middle, and high
school students. Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, diagnosis,
and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
across a diverse student population. Develop individualized
education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to promote effective
communication skills. Monitor student progress and maintain
accurate documentation in compliance with school policies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive
learning environment. Qualifications: Valid state licensure or
certification in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with
pediatric populations in educational settings. Ability to manage
caseloads spanning Pre-K through 12th grade. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and
school staff. Flexibility to work both full-time and part-time as
