(RNs) to join our team! Position Available • Registered Nurse (RN)
Service Areas: Harris County • Brazoria County • Galveston County
(Work close to home!) Schedule: Part-Time with the opportunity to
transition to Full-Time based on performance & caseload growth Pay:

Responsibilities Complete skilled nursing visits and assessments
Manage wound care, medication teaching, and patient evaluations
Coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical teams Maintain
