Job Description Job Description Nurse Manager RN – Neonatal ICU (Level IV) Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shifts Available: Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekend & On-Call Rotation Required (Leadership role – flexibility required) Compensation & Incentives $45.79 – $68.00/hour (based on years of experience) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Facility Overview A large, specialized women’s and newborn acute care hospital serving the Houston metropolitan area. This 400 bed facility focuses exclusively on women’s health and neonatal services and delivers one of the highest birth volumes in the state. The hospital features a Level IV NICU providing the highest level of neonatal care and comprehensive family-centered support services. The organization is part of a nationally recognized healthcare network offering strong clinical resources and advancement opportunities. Position Summary The Nurse Manager RN – NICU assists the Director in overseeing all departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, patient care standards, and quality initiatives. This leadership role supports clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and staff development within a 30-bed Level IV NICU.
