are transformed. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive
healthcare services autonomously with a focus on high-quality
patient care and community health improvement. Coordinate with
multi-disciplinary teams to integrate services that enhance patient
wellness and support proactive healthcare management. Engage in
continuous professional development to remain at the forefront of
medical advancements and community health strategies. Promote
health education and preventive care strategies to improve
healthcare outcomes within diverse communities. Minimum
Qualifications Completion of a program from an accredited
institution. Current and valid license from the Texas Board of
Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board. Active DEA
certification. Minimum of two years of paid experience in Adult
Medicine (Internal Medicine). Bilingual capabilities
(Spanish-speaking) are preferred to better serve our diverse
