Job Description:
Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to
join our weekend team, focusing on providing exceptional care to
our senior residents. Located throughout Texas, our facilities are
known for their commitment to personalized, long-term care. This
role is pivotal in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the
highest standards of care and safety during the weekend shifts. The
ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and strong
leadership skills to enhance our supportive environment, directly
influencing the overall quality of life of our residents. Supervise
and manage nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocol and
compassionate care practices. Coordinate patient care plans,
adjusting as needed to respond to resident needs. Monitor and
ensure the quality of nursing services and resident satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families to
uphold standards of care and address any concerns. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and safely. Manage staffing
schedules to ensure proper coverage and efficient use of resources.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and continuing education
for staff members. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and
local regulations and standards. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in clinical and patient care protocol.
Capability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under
pressure. Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
CPR/BLS certification required.
