jobs)/n - Unit: Cardiac Stepdown / Operating Room (South Tower, 2nd
Floor)/n - Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse/n - Start Date:
December 29, 2025/n - End Date: March 30, 2026/n - Contract
Duration: 13 weeks/n - Hours per Week: 40/n - Shift: 10 Hour Days
(6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)/n - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,860 - $2,000/n
- On-Site Position/n - Scrubs Provided by Hospital/n /n/nRegistered
Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Active RN license (Texas or compact
state preferred)/n - BLS certification required/n - Minimum 1 year
of recent acute care experience in Cardiac Stepdown or Operating
Room/n - 2 years of OR Circulating experience in an acute care
hospital strongly preferred/n - Experience with General Surgery,
ENT, Uro/Gyn, Ortho, Robotics, and CVOR highly desirable/n - CNOR
certification and 5 years of RN experience preferred/n - Ability to
float to Preop Holding as needed/n - Flexible, adaptable, and able
to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment/n - Compliance with
hospital dress code (no artificial nails, dips, gels, etc.)/n
/n/nCardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver
high-quality nursing care to patients in Cardiac Stepdown and
Operating Room units/n - Circulate in a variety of surgical
procedures: robotics, Gyn, General Surgery, ENT, Colorectal,
Vascular, and Urology/n - Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio for optimal
patient care/n - Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams, including RNs and Surgical Technologists/n - Participate in
daily huddles and ensure timely response for on-call shifts/n -
Float to Preop Holding as required/n - Adhere to hospital policies,
procedures, and infection control standards/n - Demonstrate
flexibility in scheduling, including participation in on-call
