We're a national Multifamily Developer, Builder, & Property Management company specializing in ground-up Market Rate Apartment Complexes throughout the U.S.

Our projects range from 250-400 units with project values ranging from $35,000,000 - $60,000,000.

Our team is actively expanding and we're looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to our team in our Houston office. An ideal candidate will have a college degree in a construction related field along with a couple years' experience working on ground-up multifamily construction projects.

What You Will Be Doing
Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution

What You Need for this Position
College degree in a construction related field
2+ years of Multifamily Construction experience working with a GC or Developer/Builder
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
