Hogan1 is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CDL A Truck Driver to join our industry-leading team. You will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional logistics services across various transportation management and consultancy areas. Our ideal candidate is not only adept at driving but is also committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Operate a class A commercial vehicle in accordance with company policies and state/federal laws. Transport goods and materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Report defects, accidents, or violations. Interact with dispatch and operations to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Proven work experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.). Truck management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required. Completion of a qualified truck driving course preferred.
