Job DescriptionThis position will provide ongoing monitoring, recovery planning, support and assistance to individuals served with chronic and persistent mental illness. This position will provide psychosocial skills training and case management as identified by the Person-Centered Recovery Plan for independent living and community inclusion. This position involves travel to client's home and/or other community settings. This position will work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent clinical judgment. It requires the ability to adhere to a demanding daily schedule. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through Tri-County. The position is responsible for providing all services using a trauma informed approach: creating a safe environment based on trust, transparency, collaboration, mutuality, and peer support while encouraging empowerment, and acceptance of voice and choice of individuals served, and demonstrating respect for cultural, historical, and gender issues. Minimum Requirements: * Requires Bachelors Degree in a Behavioral Science field. Applicants must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by DSHS. * Applicants must have a valid drivers license and be insurable through Tri-County. * Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, will be paid a bilingual stipend. Tri-County will also complete a driver's license check.
