The Role - Client Services Representative - Payroll &
You will be supporting clients on Applicant Tracking,
Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, and HR systems that are
used by thousands of clients throughout the US in a variety of
industries. You will be working on a team of payroll professionals
along with our development and management team needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team
members ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely by
listening to understand how to resolve client issues.
Maintain client employee payroll records, time and attendance
information, new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, and
Provide excellent customer service while growing your skills and
increasing your efficiency utilizing our internal HCM software with
multiple programs spanning multiple monitors.
Processing full-cycle payroll from time & attendance, file feeds
and time sheets.
Heavy Excel and 10 Key intermediate to advanced skills
Heavy phone communication along with professional email follow
Look for ways to improve your own efficiency and suggest any
improvements to processes that you feel would be beneficial.
Assist with special projects as needed which may include
overtime and weekend work.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years payroll, HR, Benefits, HCH and SaaS customer
Computer skills, including Windows Office programs and CRM
A passion for excellent customer service and able to keep a cool
head under pressure.
Must be friendly while working in a fast-paced and changing
Proven proficiency in basic system problem resolution through
effective communication with clients and team members.
Bilingual a plus.
