Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper for a Temporary to Full-time position. The Bookkeeper will report directly to the Owner and work closely with them, as well as be an integration between Project and Corporate Accounting for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in QuickBooks online, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Bookkeeping, be financially savvy, impeccable bookkeeping skills, knowledge of financial products, expertise in personal accounting topics, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with tax, accounting, wealth management, and personal advisors.

Job Duties

  • Maintain multiple client financial accounts
  • Maintain vendor files, payments
  • Coordinate tax filings and calculations
  • Set up and maintain bookkeeping software
  • Coordinate asset purchases and payments
  • Receive and pay daily incoming bills, process checks, and electronic payments
  • Recording receipts & disbursements and performing cash reconciliations
  • Producing and analyzing monthly financial reports
  • Prepare multiple client financial statements
  • Preparation of forms W-3, W-2, 941, 940, 1096, 1099's, and Unemployment Tax Reports
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and/or annual sales tax reports
  • Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years plus of experience in Quickbooks required
  • Minimum 2 years plus of experience in Bookkeeping required
  • Advance skills in
    • G Suite Email, Calendar, Slide Share, Google Docs, Google Sheets required
    • Microsoft Office Word & Excel required
    • Video Conferencing required
  • Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately with little supervision required
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Valid work authorization in the United States required
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift a 15lbs or more at a time required
  • Able to pass drug, alcohol, driving, physical, and background check required
  • Ability to work part-time, initially and eventually full-time hours required
  • Ability to work in an office and remotely from home required
  • Quickbooks Online certification preferred
  • Some college coursework preferred
