Job DescriptionOur office is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator!Our team genuinely loves kids, so we work hard to create a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for every one that walks through our doors, including our staff! Our team makes sure healthy always comes with a big dose of happy!The ideal person for this position must have Dental experience, have an open mind, offer ideas, and ability to self-direct in a timely manner. Must be comfortable with dental insurances including Medicaid, and a complete understanding of AR.Responsibilities:

• Be a leader in the practice by being accessible, responsive, diplomatic, while delegating duties to the team with practice efficiency in mind
• Partner with clinical providers to ensure comprehensive patient care through morning huddles, team meetings, etc.
• Support and achieve business goals, revenue, and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward thinking, and motivational style.
• Continuously assess the schedule ensuring optimum patient flow
• Provide training and development support to ensure all team members demonstrate knowledge of the business, operating procedures, and protocols.
• Respond to patient, clinical, and operational concerns timely and effectively.
• On-board all team members and provide structured training
• Openness to step into any role of the practice when needed- Lead by example
• Ability to accurately understand Insurance (EOB's, Verifications, Submission of Claims)
• Manage clean and accurate account receivablesRequired:
  • Prior Dental Management Experience Required (1 Year)
  • Versed in Dental software- Denticon a plus
  • Previous dental assisting experience (preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to multi-task, delegate, and hold others accountable
  • Computer literacy and typing proficiency
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing including Medicaid (1 Years)
