Downhole Motor Asset Advisor

Job Description:

Manage and develop the EOG Downhole Motor Fleet.
Coordinate motor delivery to drilling rigs.
Work closely with Drilling Engineers to deliver exceptional motor performance.
Develop and implement QA/QC standards.
Work closely with the motor manufacturers on deliverables as well as research and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required. 8+ years of downhole motor related experience. Experience in running a motor shop, managing assets, purchasing. Basic computer and math skills, good communication and organizational skills.Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
